Using EdWise
These terms apply to your use of the EdWise website and platform. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use EdWise for a school, you confirm you are allowed to act for that school.
A school’s order or agreement with EdWise may add to these terms. If the two differ, the agreement with the school applies.
Accounts
Each person signs in with their own account. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
The school decides who gets an account and what role each person has.
School data
The school owns the records it puts into EdWise. We use that data only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The school is responsible for having the right to enter that data, and for keeping it accurate.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse EdWise. That means no attempts to see another school’s records, to break or overload the service, to bypass its security, or to use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend an account that puts the service or other users at risk.
Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in the school’s quote or agreement. We will tell you about any change before it applies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep EdWise available and to improve it over time. We may change, add or remove features, and we will try to give notice of changes that matter.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, EdWise is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending use
A school can stop using EdWise at any time, as set out in its agreement. We may end access if these terms are broken. After access ends, we will handle the school’s data as our Privacy Policy and the agreement describe.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using EdWise after a change means you accept it.
