Separated by school
Every query is limited to your school before it runs. Another school’s records are never in reach, whatever page or report is open.
Roles enforced on the server
Permissions are checked by the server, not just hidden in the menu. A parent cannot open fee ledgers, and a teacher cannot change settings.
Protected sign-in
Repeated failed sign-in attempts are rate limited, and redirects after sign-in only go to pages inside Edwise.
Email verification
Turn on email verification so every new account has to confirm its address before it can be used.
Activity history
Important actions are written to an activity log, so the office can see who changed what, and when.
Controlled registration
New schools join by private invitation link, or registration can be closed entirely. Signing out clears data stored on the device.

Who is Edwise for?
Schools of any size, in any country. Each school gets its own separate workspace, with its own currency, timezone and settings.
Do parents and students sign in too?
Yes. Admins, teachers, parents and students each get a portal with only the pages and data that belong to them.
Can we run more than one branch?
Yes. Setup lets you add branches and facilities, and records can be transferred between branches.
Can we bring in our existing records?
Setup includes a bulk import tool for the records you already keep. We will walk you through it during onboarding.

Yes. Every request is limited to your school before it runs, so no school can see another school’s records.
